    I would like advice as fairly desperate. Could someone advise me what is the best broadband supplier for parental control, have a teenage daughter who giving serious grief, a friend of mine up north has the ability to knock of a device from the Internet from his phone, is there any broadband supplier down south which can do that? I'm presently with eir, my friend up north I believe is vodafone.. Thanks in advance
