Swimming Coach in Limerick

    Hi folks,

I learned to swim when I was very young, and am now middle aged. My technique has always been poor, I was a poor listener in my youth. My fitness levels now I think are respectable. I can swim a continuous 2km+ slowly, probably 2.5 minutes / 100m. I think a lot of my slow speed is actually down to technique - I can't do flip turns, my stroke needs work etc, I'd like to work on this.

Neither of the two coaches from a similar previous response seem to be around now. Can anyone recommend a coach in Limerick to give me a few private lessons?

    Ray K
