small hole in fabric of of seat

    07 fiesta has a small hole in the fabric back of passenger seat. about inch square not deep. something got caught in it. What glue would you use to stick on a patch and would it be good idea to put some duck tape on first. i thought maye cut a patch from the back of the back seat at boot side where it won't be seen
