    does a boiler need a dedicated supply or can it be fed via a socket circuit?

    Haven't heard of any regulation

    It needs an RCD anyhow the heating circuit .

    Separate is preferable for sure so other faults don't affect the boiler operation

    So that would be an RCBO preferable anyhow
