Virgin Media technician with a radio signal diagnostic checker

    Strange one - saw a virgin media guy walking down our street with what looked to be some radio signal diagnostics tool - pointing the device at the virgin media junction boxes in our estate (are at roof height ) - anyone know what this is about & what the device does?

    He came back the next day and had a good chat with him - basically, there is a 5G tower just switched on and there was noise being picked up on the node - the device detects the noise on the line remotely at ground height
