    someone parks taking up 2 parking spaces in front of the houses of old people . Is there anything that can be done . The person know the old people need the spots .

    How about a bit more info.

    Is it a public street/road.

    A housing estate, marked spaces, are people parking in the elderly person's driveway , are the parking in a manner to block access or egress from a property.


    Or are they just parking legally on a public road.
