Revolut cashback should (I've not tested it) get you another 3% back, and if you have access to a corporate loyalty code they seem to apply on top of the listed price (e.g. I can knock another 10% off it through my employer's discount scheme, so could conceivably get it for €136 after those both apply)

Yes it has 2, also has an audio line out port which I think might facilitate basic speakers or headphones.

Not if it's for work IMO - depends on the field obviously but code is code / Excel is Excel and this would be grand for that.

If you write code or use Excel then the difference between 1080p and 1440p on a 27 inch is huge.

I used to have a 1080p 24 inch but changed to a 32 inch 4k a few years back and its like night and day and no more eye strain.

Couldnt go back.

I was tempted by the monitor myself, but decided against it as I'm using a 1080 monitor working from home that is either 22 or 24 inches and the reduced pixel density couldn't but be noticeable.

Were I using it for gaming or movies and sitting back a bit that'd be totally different, but extra physical area without getting extra usable area is no good to me for work.
