    hey guys I have a question, I am from Portugal but I am coming to work on Dublin, but with my address still in Portugal. i will bring my bike over here but wish to maintain the Portuguese licence, what ways do I have to make this happen?

    This may be inaccurate... I'm guessing based on a neighbour's case (also non-Irish), but I think if you're resident here for more than 6 months you have to register and tax it.

    Then again, they didn't bother for years until they got rid of their car.
