Heating problem

    Hi can anyone help i have a EPH Control system I have done all the pairing up which was online but what’s happening is i can put the heating on for the hot water it turns on the oil boiler but when i go to put the heating on for the radiator’s it’s not turning on my oil boiler so it’s not heating the radiator’s can anyone help me out on this please

    I have a 3 zone EPH smart control myself. Once it's paired it's paired. What I mean is that once it's paired it should control the heating and water wirelessly the exact same way as physically.

    What happens if you turn the water on physically on the control on the wall? What happens when you physically turn on the heating?

    I'm wondering if the wall unit is wired correctly

    When you turn on your Central Heating is the Zone Valve opening?. If not then it could be a problem with your controller (unlikely) or your thermostat. If the zone valve is opening but not turning on your heating then the problem is with the limit switch in the zone valve.
