    How do I set up google drive to share reports with third party.

    need a step by step guide on how to do this as I am not familiar with the process

    I tend to use Google Docs or Sheets to share my Google Drive files rather than share direct from Google Drive, but no reason why you can't do it your way.

    Are you happy to share your reports with Google themselves?

    You should really look for a secure, encrypted drive, like Proton Drive or Spideroak. They’ll all have decent instruction guides on their websites.
