New estate in Kilcock, nice houses but expensive for where they are.

Anyone put a deposit on these? I've put one down on number 14, three bed end of terrace.

Coonans/Vendors solicitor very slow with responses so far....

Also, do you know if there's any social housing in the development?

Loads it's a fantastic progressive development with 60% plus social housing.

Selling agent should know. Development has planning for 102 three-beds so more to come I'd say

You think they are slow selling it to you, wait until you find an issue and see how slow and unhelpful they are! Found out too late!
