    Evening all - I'm ready for a change of reading direction and hoping someone can recommend a political thriller series. Preferably UK/US. Rather than one-offs ..I prefer a series so I have a route if #1 successful. Looking for something reasonably modern - I've just had a run of Ken Follet and CJ Sansom so want a break from history.

    Any recommendations gratefully received.
