    Is there any part of the island that's off limits? I know there's a few holiday homes and I'll stay clear of them, but otherwise? I'll be respectful of gates, stone walls etc.

    I intend visiting Q2/Q3 2023.

    I don't think so but how are you planning to get to it. There isn't a ferry. You can't walk at low tide.

    You would need to get someone to drop you there.

    Kayak from cloughmore peir is doable to the beach. It's usually calm in the summer.
