Does anyone know how to contact M&S?

I ordered some clothing online last Monday. They asked me did I want designated day delivery, I said yes and they charged me for it. I designated Wednesday (which was an option) they said it would come Thursday, it hasn't arrived yet. What did I pay the charge for?

Subsequently I found a customer services page that said they are not doing designated delivery at the moment and delivery would be slow. So why offer and charge for it?

So I tried to contact M&S. They would not put me in email contact without my signing in, they will not accept my password, they said they would send a temporary password, they didn't. When I try to open a new account and put in email they say I already have an account, but the 'change my password' function does not work.

I rang the Dublin number, it does not work. I rang the nearest M&S branch but could not work out what they wanted me to say in reply to 'what is the subject of your call'. I tried several things in a number of calls but all I got was 'go into your nearest branch'.

I put a post on Facebook, it appeared to post but didn't.

    Any suggestions?

At the bottom of the "Help" page there's an section for contact by email.

I haven't had to contact them for ages, but always got a reply if/when I sent a query.

Or try Twitter? (never tried it myself, don't even know if they're on it, but I'm assuming they are)

Ah thank you, I had tried the first half of that section and all they said was go to your account, but they won't let me into my account. I didn't see the bit right at the end. My daughter has twittered them, no reply yet. I will try sending my email via that form.
