Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

Hi there just wondering if anybody is familiar with the Chapelizod Area

Now stay with me on this…

Anybody familiar with the Chapelizod Area of Dublin? Younger brother was driving out of the village towards town alongside the park last night at around 1:30am and around the rowing club he had to jam on the breaks and come to a sudden stop on the road.

He was convinced he had struck a pedestrian. He says there was a young chap or so literally standing in the middle of the road out of nowhere and couldn’t stop in time. There was no impact. He got out of the car to see where he was but was gone. Needless to say he shaken.

Still upset today over it. He says he was wearing shorts and looked like he was soaked from head to toe with the t shirt stuck to him. It wasn’t even raining. So freaked out over it. Just wondering anybody else around that area of Dublin ever experience anything like that ?
