Cost difference (roughly) for hollowcore concrete slab versus ceiling joists?

Hollowcore would be the obvious choice but wondering would any of you have a rough idea of cost difference. I mean if you were to build a two story house with precast slabs and build another house with timber ceiling joists, what would be the difference in price by the time the job was complete please as each method would…

Hollowcore had become quite reasonably priced but no doubt concrete price is pushing it up again.
There is not alot in the difference imo between itself and joists.
I guess the first question is whether your house requires it for structural purposes.... You may not even have the option of going timber or timber might not be the cheaper option you think it would be.
