NewCastle West Gigabit broadband when?

Ive checked few of the maps, Rathkeal and Abbeyfeale are mostly green and up n running and a lot of green for a while on few houses coming in and around NCW, when the heck will gigabit broadband be available here? smells a lot like complete BS to me at this stage....
