Looking for a gym in Shannon, will be working in Shannon for 6 in the new year, and looking to get back into some sort of training... Looking for squat racks, deadlifting equipment, maybe some sort of back row rig... Anyone have any insight into gyms in Shannon

You could try Shannon leisure centre. That would be the main one. That has 2 gym rooms full of different equipment and good membership rates. There is a pool and classes that go on there as well.
