2010 Audi A4 phone Bluetooth only

    Hi lads.

    Young lad looking at a 2010 A4.

    He's saying that it has phone call Bluetooth only not media such as Spotify from the phone.

    Is that correct?

    I would have thought that Bluetooth would do both

    A lot of older cars only have Bluetooth for calls and not A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) which is basically Bluetooth streaming. There might be a 3.5mm audio in that you could either use a cable with, or fit a Bluetooth to 3.5mm adaptor,a lot newer phones (my iPhones from the last 5 years anyway) can connect to 2 systems simultaneously for calls and audio so you could do it that way.
