One4All Crappy android app. Doesn't recognize my cards.. anybody know how to solve this?

I installed the app and logged in, and it says there are "no cards associated with this device". Well there is, I can see it on the web browser on my laptop. When I try to add the card, a blue banner with an X appears, with no error message. I have reinstalled the app, cleared data, etc etc Nothing What the **** kind of…

What the **** kind of **** app is this? It should be illegal to mess with people's money like this. Can we report them to anybody?
Anyway - has anybody solved this problem? The card is a work bonus if that matters.
