Colour Blindness for Electricians

A young relative of mine has failed a colour blindness test to become an electrician.

I noticed that there are glasses which can cure this problem in people.

Is there any way he could wear these glasses in a work setting?

Has anyone in this field any experience of this?

    All answers welcome.

    Happy Monday

If you can prove the glasses work don't see how they can refuse him

Get another test anyhow I remember a lad failed and got back in after a second opinion
