Looking for a new laptop (or desktop)

Budget: Up to €900
Intended use: Games (mostly strategy games like Total War), internet, and MS Office
Mobility: Not important, if laptop will remain mostly stationery. Hence, I am also open to desktops if I can get better bang for my buck
Warranty: Not important, will wing it and fix it myself.
