Hi all, We have recently been looking into moving to Monasterevin. Anyone know if the area is a nice place to live? Are the people friendly and is it overall a safe area

More of a dormitory town, generally quiet, too quiet most of the time. it can have its moments too, like any town. A few decent pubs, no restaurants as such. New schools being built, both primary and secondary.. New Sports facility in early development.
