Does anyone know how to format an sd card that was used in a phone? I want to use it in a CCTV camera

Is the write lock enabled?

Are you “seeing” it on your laptop?

Using the clean command should fix that.

Here's a guide. Note be 100% sure you're selecting the correct disk number before issuing the clean command.

After issuing the clean command you can do step 6 onwards in Disk Management if it's easier for you.
