remapping recomendation

Hi im looking to purchace a 1.8tsi passat cc, was considering getting a remapping if i do take the car, can anyone recomend somewhere in or not far from dublin that does remapping, is reputable also. no cowboys. and what price they are charging roughly? any advise is appreciated cheers

I got one for my Fiesta at this site along with the module to do it myself.

Car was under warranty so I wanted to be able to remove the map too.

I believe it’s roughly €400 including dyno, health check beforehand, firmware updates etc. not a simple plug in a laptop setup. Takes 2-3 hours.

There are lots of guys flashing ecu's for small money, every region has a batch of them. Check out Facebook and most have have local reviews so you can gauge reliability.

As for the quality of the map... Unknown to an extent, you won't get rolling road results but you will get a noticeable bump in bhp. You get what you pay for with these flashes.
