Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I own a 1999 Toyota Starlet 1.3 petrol. Had NCT two days ago and I need to find Backplates for offside rear and same for nearside rear. Does anybody know of a 'Toyota Starlet Club' or some group who has a special interest in this model of car so that I might be able to contact them for possible help? The main Toyota dealers no longer make these parts as the car model stopped being manufactured in 1999. I have three weeks before I must have a re-test and would be grateful for any help/

    As an aside, it looks like you used your email address as the title of this thread. This isn’t a good idea from a privacy and security point of view, as you’re publicly sharing your email address for all to see. You should be able to edit the post and change it - something descriptive would be ideal, like “Toyota Starlet Backplates help” .

    Try Murphys Garage in Crookstown. The guy who runs it does alot of fixing up of old cars.
