Incorrect CVRT Expiry

Hi folks got my cert today for CVRT in the post. The expire date is incorrect, how do I go about resolving? It expired 15/10/22 and new date is 22/12/22. Any idea why ? How do I go about rectifying this error?

What expiry date does it say when you enter the reg here?

Was it out of test when you put it through? That can affect the new expiry
