Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

Hi, hoping someone might be able advise me.

I have just noticed damp patch on gable wall internal side. Wall is not insulated ( 50’s build) and I can see a fairly long small crack on external pebble dashed side above where the damp is appearing. I think the water ingress has occurred now due to the very heavy rain in recent days/weeks.

how is something like this repaired? Is it a big job or relatively minor?

    thanks

I could advise you to demolish the entire surface in this place and contact the cleaning service, but this is a very expensive option...
