I recently got new PVC front and rear doors fitted but I noticed the screws in each of the hinges haven't been tightened. Is this something that I should contact the suppliers about or will they come back after a period of time and screw the nails into place?

I think we'll need photos of these nails/screws to be sure, but many of these are for adjusting the height and alignment of the door, so may seem loose. But installers rarely come back for any reason, other than for defects.

Hopefully that photo should help, they're all the same on each of the hinges.

If they're being left loose to allow for future adjustments then that's okay, I wasn't sure about this. Thanks for the reply!

They should be tight they hold on the hinge covers
