Can an individual avail SURE in Revenue twice in his life?

Hi All, I set up a business 5 years ago and claimed the SURE refund from Revenue but the business didnt go well so had to get a PAYE job to survive the last few years and now I plan to set up a business again and claim SURE again. The old Company is still operative but has no much activity. Can I avail SURE again or…

Hi All,

I set up a business 5 years ago and claimed the SURE refund from Revenue but the business didnt go well so had to get a PAYE job to survive the last few years and now I plan to set up a business again and claim SURE again.
