    Hello,

Originally, with this box I had my tv guy set it up (in order) with all channels.

Somehow, the box reset itself and we lost a lot of channels. I paid for a list from Dalton TV thinking that I could reprogramme the box via usb, but after completing the process nothing changes.

I'd be really grateful for a head's up on what's not / happening.

    Thanks in advance!

Paying for a list is a bit cheeky.

What you should do is rescan the Terrestial and then the Satellite in that order. Make sure you have aerial plugged in and sat cable.

Look at this video about 3 mins in and it shows what to do.

With the walker you have to search for All channels.

The Channel 4 family and Five family show up as subscription channels but are free to air when you watch them.
