Getting notes or chords for track

Hi, I am looking at songs like this on youtube like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ULzdq55HHl0 And I'd love to be able to get the chords or notes so I can try and recreate patch and jam it. I need help with getting the notes or chords. Is there an app at all? Thanks

There didn't seem to be any real chord progressions in the first couple of minutes anyway..just seemed like they were kinda jamming in maybe B flat or F..that first synth just goes from F to Eb..baseline starts on f..
