Is anyone out there in Ireland doing stereo photography? I'm doing film stereo (ViewMaster, Realist and medium format) and a little digital ... and I know of one colleague also into stereo, but am not aware of others in Ireland. I would be pleased to contact anyone into this specialist area.

I've dabbled a little, Edixa Stereo, Stereo Realist, Viewmaster.

Not something I really pursued though, I find it a pain to scan and match the shots to get the stereo pairs, and while a neat feature, it does need a specific eye toward what looks good in stereo vs. what looks good in a normal shot. All that said, I never got 'round to getting any of these printed, and getting a proper stereo viewer or anything, or doing it using transparency film. I'd say a 35mm transparency stereo pair would look pretty amazing through an actual viewer, or 6x6 pairs from one of those Sputniks (which is what I assume you're shooting in in medium format ?)

Lol, I've just spent the last 15 minutes training my eyes to view these! The concrete flower box works particularly well. Not something I've ever tried myself, so it's good to be introduced to something new.
