REITs in Ireland

We all know about the REITs in the good ole US of A buying up loads of houses to bring about the "you will own nothing and be happy" future. But to what extent is it happening in Ireland? How many are operating, how many units do they have, at what rate are they expanding? What % of the housing stock has corporate owners?
