In a world shaken by an epidemic of madness that spreads through speech, Murat is the only immune person. As he searches for the secret of his mysterious immunity, his “hot skull", he has to leave the safe zone and embark on an adventure within the ruins of Istanbul.

    Greetings from Turkey. December 2.

And a full trailer. Maybe a little Children of Men in the aesthetic.

This looks interesting but premise wise seems quite a bit like a film called Pontypool...

First two episodes moved along quite well. A combination of the curious, personal and things going pear-shaped. The aesthetic of city/local area is pretty much what you'd expect for this sort of situation. Don't piss off the top brass.

Overall, I'd say this will be somewhere on the solid-to-above average show, with a decent focus on character development.

As to the particulars, what unfolds will hinge on

How much progress will the underground movement make?

How more curious the beardy police Chief will be

Confusion, collapse or corruption in state institutions - skeletons in the closet of the other cop

    Snowdrops agus sláinte.

Finally finished this and a good little show it is indeed. Character driven, not afraid to up the stakes, the odd bit of humour and poses some morality questions. Makes you root for them whilst also thinking of one as a bit of a prick. Episode 7 was a particular highlight with the march sequence. Good sense of place.

    Cancelled, btw.
