I just recieved a 'Warning letter pursuant to section 152 of the planning and development act 2000' where they state 'Non compliance with condition 3 of Planning Application and a change of use for shed / store to self contained detached accommodation'.

The planning i received was for 'Detached building containing utility, workshop, toilet & office/storage, plus attic conversion to rear of main residence / house' which i converted to a self contained apartment / house.

Is this change of use covered by the 7 year rule here?

When did the change of use occur?

I moved into it myself when it was built, so nearly 13 years ago
