Anyone have the Grant Solo Fan Convector Rads?

Just curious if anyone has the grant solo fan convector rads (or similar) and how they find them compared to traditional radiators. I'm in the middle of planning a refurb of an existing farmhouse and am trying to decide on the heating system. The current plan is for a solid fuel range in the kitchen which will heat hot water and rads - this will supplement with an oil-fired external boiler. I like the idea of fan rads as I imagine they would give a good sense of comfort in the room quite quickly (open to correction); or are these types of rads better suited to Heat Pump systems only? Having said that the Grant brochure does reference OFCH systems as being compatible.

I was tempted to go down the heat pump route but as the house doesn't have any heating system at present it's hard to know if it would be sufficient. I think OFCH is less risky at the moment.
