Seiko 8222 - Where is spindle release?

    Hi - I'm looking to replace the crown on an old Seiko Quartz - Modelel 8222 7070 from 1981. I can't locate the spindle release. Anyone know? - see pic attached. When I've that bit sorted I'll have see if I can replace the broken (completely worn off) crown or maybe have replace with new spindle and crown. Many thanks in advance.
