Gavin and Stacey was a good show. Not fantastic, but good imo. But how James Corden rose from that to where he is now is beyond me, and all of it went to his head.

I never got the fuss around him, never found him funny, even on a league of their own he came across as obnoxious!! Then when he transferred across the globe he just didn't transfer well, he seems even more fake and up his own arse. If you ever watched carpool karaoke, he struggles to control his bad attitude, he seems to just speak down to the participants in the show at times!! He makes my skin crawl

He was verbally abusive to the waitress because his wife ordered an egg yolk omelette, but there was a little bit of egg white in it (even though it wouldn't have been her fault). Then when she brought them out a new one, there were chips on the plate instead of salad like she ordered, so he was abusive to her again (even though it wouldn't have been her fault). It was only when the chef went out to apologise that he became all nice about it, don't worry about it etc.

But it's not the first such story of him treating wait staff and others like that, or just being a general arsehole. I remember once he was challenged on his own show to just name any of the cameramen who works on the show and he couldn't.

He's a starf*cker. Nice and pally with anyone with a hint of recognition or fame, but a dick to anyone who is beneath him in his eyes.
