Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

Our house currently has a granny flat which we are extending. We have applied to have a new esb connection for the granny flat as it’s currently running on the main house and would prefer to separate bills. Question is since the granny flat will have its own MPRN number, is it possible to have a BER completed on just the granny flat section and apply for SEAI grants for a heat pump to serve the full old/newly extended granny flat?

Once it has it's own MPRN and there is no door between the two buildings then it is considered a separate unit and would be eligible for grant measures.
