Question is since the granny flat will have its own MPRN number, is it possible to have a BER completed on just the granny flat section and apply for SEAI grants for a heat pump to serve the full old/newly extended granny flat?

Once it has it's own MPRN and there is no door between the two buildings then it is considered a separate unit and would be eligible for grant measures.
