injector cleaner

    anyone use diesel injector cleaner?if so can you recommend a good one.i have a 2017 mondeo 2lt diesel,although im not having any problems,i just like the thought of cleaning the injectors,theres 90,000 mls on clock,thanks

    I think Wynn's injector cleaner has good reviews, I've used it a number of times and I thought it freed things up a bit but that could be placebo.

    I think with those products they need to be used on a regular basis, every 2nd or 3rd fill up and use the correct dilution i.e one bottle mixed with 20 litres of diesel.

    Halfords sell it for around 7 quid I think.

    When I drove a diesel I used Millers diesel additive I found it made a big difference, regen frequency was halved and fuel consumption definitely improved, it took a few tanks of diesel to take effect. I got it in Halfords.

    Forte diesel injector cleaner was recommended to me. I know a few lads who used it with good results
