Have you levelled out the feet?

If it is brand new have you removed the transition bolts? They can make a racket. They need to come out once the machine is in position to avoid damaging the machine.

few reasons for noise, The transport bolts are still in the machine or your machine is not level.

The transport bolts are on the back. Check your instruction booklet were to find them.

If your washing machine is also not level you turn the feet ( discs under the machine) until the washing is level.

Could also be over filled or not filled correctly.

Make sure you balance the clothing in the machine and do not over fill. The drum will rattle otherwise. Turn the contents in the machine and make sure clothing is weighted evenly. Leave a gap in the clothes and the top of the inside of the drum.

Check if the floor is level and if not screw those feet in / out until the machine is level.
