RSUs sold immediately after vesting - no CGT?

Last year some RSUs I was granted by my employer vested and were sold immediately (the transaction date was the same as the vesting date).

I understand that no CGT is owed as the share price did not go up between the time the RSUs vested and the shares were sold.

I'm filling in form CG1 now and I entered the total amount of the RSUS sold for "Aggregate Consideration". For "Chargeable gains" I entered nil.

I also ticked the box under 4) ("market value has been substituted for the cost of acquisition of any assets disposed of").

Can anyone tell me if this is correct?

I'm finding it a bit odd to enter 0 here, but I sold no other shares and I didn't get to keep the shares once they vested, so there doesn't seem to be any chargeable gain...

    Thanks in advance!

You are right, no CGT as there is no gain. Of course the RSUs are considered as income, and you are already taxed for this.
