Are CE Scheme mandatory or is it voluntary?

If DSP refer you and you don’t cooperate you will likely then be referred to TUS instead. If you don’t cooperate with them the DSP will likely cut your social welfare payment.

They say they’ve phoned you at the number you provided to them and you don’t reply. Now they’ve emailed you so the most important thing right now is that you respond to that email because if you don’t they’ll cease your payment on the grounds of non engagement.

So if you don’t like any of the CE Schemes they’ll refer you to TUS and you’ll be working part time very soon one way or another unless you find a job yourself.
