Hi

I have a current a/c and a mortgage a/c with BoI

Is it possible to add or view the mortgage a/c via the 365 banking app?

I can see limited details via MyMortgage web page but simple tasks such as viewing or getting a statement requires a phone call to have same posted etc.

It would also be nice to be able to top-up (over payment) via the app too.

I looked but cannot see an option to add [my] mortgage account to the 365 app (other account types yes - but not mortgage)

Please advise

Please follow these steps on the BOI app. Add accounts to view online - Bank of Ireland Group Website

One of the drop downs here will be "BOI Mortgage" The account number must be 8 digits to add it and it will take 5 working days to appear on the Banking 365 profile. If you are not seeing this option please contact our colleagues on 0818200362 option 3 between 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri and we can advise further.

Please be aware that Mortgage Viewer is the platform which will give you the most detail on the Mortgage as Banking 365 will simply give you the balance by adding it there.

In terms of statements these are automatically sent out every 12 months but if you require an up to date statement please contact our Mortgage team on 016113333 between 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri.

Btw, the mortgage account # is 7 digits so I guess adding to the app not possible?

Yes, it must be an 8 digit Mortgage account number which was set up originally with Bank of Ireland.
