Bonding at Boiler & DHW cylinder

I'm in a new build house a year, and just had the first annual boiler service recently. Plumber pointed out that there is no bonding at the gas boiler or DHW cylinder and issued a notice for the same.

I got onto the builder who said that the bonding is under the kitchen below the gas boiler. Without pulling the lot apart I'm struggling to access it as the baseboard has been wedged and sealed in place. No mention from the builder on the bonding at the cylinder.

What's the requirement around the bonding? also, shouldn't it be accessible/visible for inspection?
