Disabling thanks feature in Help Desk and Dispute

I suggest the thanks feature be disabled in these forums as it simply enables trolling. As those forums are about resolving or more accurately ventilating issues they can turn into a rerun of the initial problems.

PS This reduces mod workload further.

We agree and that's the way it was pre-Vanilla. But like so many other features, Vanilla doesn't support that level of granular control. To add it, if it's even an option, means spending on dev time for it, and there's not the money to spare for that, and far more pressing issues that need addressing first.

I will not thank the post as that would be a bit hypocritical but it’s good to know problems are seen and that there are reasons why they can’t be sorted.
