    Anyone else have issues opening the app when abroad. I get a white screen for about 60 seconds when i open it.

    its then a 50/50 chance that it proceeds to login page or stays blank.

    its not my phone as my girlfriends app does the exact same thing.

    Also why in hell is it taking up almost 6 gbs of memory? For an app that may or may not work depending on its mood…

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    We're not aware of any issues with accessing the app while abroad. We would recommend checking that the internet connection you're using is secure and has a good signal. In relation to storage, if you are using Android you can go to settings and clear cache to reduce this. For iPhones you would need to delete and reinstall the app as they don't give the option to clear cache. If deleting and reinstalling please keep in mind that there is a four hour delay before you can log back in while the device is reviewed for security.
