I had a few years to claim, I didn't realize that if a claim for one year is less than 125 euro, they won't let you submit it, ie all claims per year must be a minimum of 125 euro or more

Is this a new thing?

Thought it was the "claim "must be 125 or more , not minimum of 125 for any given year. Not a new thing would be my understanding. Some year's now since i claimed back.

no you claim on a yearly basis now

so I submitted a claim for 2019, another claim for 2020 and so on

Right so you can't bundle the last number of years together in one claim?

Correct. You can claim 4 times a year and you can claim for the last 4 years including this year.

Here's one for ye. We did a job on the parlour last year, by Fullwood, who are now in liquidation. Got the grant on it, DAFTM needed a detailed receipt marked paid for that. No problem.

Hadn't applied for VAt back till recently. Sent off same receipt, but they wanted an invoice instead. Cant get a copy of Invoice beacase Fullwood are no more, no office or person to contact, (fullwood uk were bought by JOZ and are trading away but have no ties to irish office anymore). The dealer just fitted the parlour, all money and paperwork was with Fullwood themselves, so he's no good.

Vat is coming to 16k anyone any suggestions

Contact revenue and explain all that. You should be looked after.

It would be very unusual not to have received an invoice for works of that size from a big company like that. Would it be worth contacting revenue with your plight to see could they advise?

I thought Joz were taking over the Irish side of fullwood now as well. Wasn't it in the journal a few weeks ago.

Accountant not having much luck there yet. Am in touch with liquidator but at the moment they're only concerned with money in.

It was on the journal the week of the ploughing. I was talking to a fullwood man at the ploughing and he had heard nothing either

From what I remember it said Irish farmers would be looked after from their head office in Ellesmere England.
