You would need to provide a better picture. There is no indication of the size of the port and what device it is on.

If its small and on a pc, it could be a mini display port.

If bigger and on a pc, it could be a parallel port for a printer cable to hook up a printer.

If its on an external hard drive, then it could be a port for a proprietary cable.

    What device is it on?

Without some context, it is unlikely you will get a definitive answer.

Why not privide a pitcure of the device also?

As above, it's difficult to judge without scale, context, etc.

But I don't think it's a micro USB (unless a piece is broken off in it).

USB EC-E6 cable guess it's a camera? Whats the manufacturer.

Shape is right but wrong number of pins!

Might be hard finding a cable for it unless it's a bigger company. Every chance they used they're own wiring standards.

I'll have a root around later every chance I have one in my box of cables!

Is that the back of a AV box of some type?

Looks to be a non-standard USB header.

(ignore the ref to USB3 above).

I'll give as much information as I have. Its a docking station for an inventory scanner, brand unknown to me at present as its someone else who sent it onto me. It can be used to charge the device but also transfer information between device and PC.

Looks like USB Mini-4P to me...

AFAIK, early USB didn't support more than 500mA @ 5v so that cable may have been a double-header A-type to allow for 1A.
